Billing and Policies

Policies:

· Please bring payment for the initial consultation on the day of service. I will accept a check payable to Erica Warren or Learning to Learn as well as cash.

· Please be on time for your appointments to assure a full session.

· I ask for a month-by-month commitment to services that reserves an arranged appointment slot. Therefore, each month is to be paid in full on the first day of the month. If payment has not been received by the 7th, there is a $30.00 late fee.

· If time is available, student sessions can be arranged on an "as need basis." In such cases, payment is due on or before the day of service. For single sessions, I will accept cash or checks made out to Erica Warren or Learning to Learn.

· Please note that holidays and other events that conflict with future sessions should be communicated before the 1st of each month so billing can be modified accordingly. I work through most holidays and send bills two weeks before they are due, so please check your session dates.

· Students can miss up to one full week of sessions per month with advanced notice. This will include any snow days and sick days. For instance, if you are scheduled one session a week, you can miss one session a month. If you are scheduled two sessions a week, you can miss two sessions a month. The only exception is if you wish to swap times with another client of mine that you know and make all arrangements. If you choose to do this, please leave me a message with the swapped times. If you handle all arrangements, this will not count towards a missed session.

· On the 1st, you will be expected to pay for all scheduled sessions. If a conflict arises during the month, you can make-up the session within the month, if there is availability and if communicated 24-hours in advance. Please note that it is 24 hours notice from when I get the message. I will offer no more than three options - if available. Also note that make-ups are not available to individuals that have already missed a weeks worth of sessions. 

· Please note that because rescheduling is very time consuming, I do not offer make-ups of make ups. 

· If you wish to permanently cancel a weekly session time, I ask for a 2-4 week notice.

Billing:

For Schools

On-site school workshops or brainstorming sessions: (please call to arrange a topic) 
$100.00 per hour for preparation cost of materials 
$250.00 for the first hour 
$125.00 for additional hours 

Extended Consultations:
Special pricing is available for schools who wish to use my services for multiple sessions. 
10% discount for 2 sessions,
20% for 3 sessions and 
30% for 4 or more sessions

For Students

Initial Consultation:
Commitment to future scheduled sessions will also include the review of prior assessments and, upon request, the initial correspondence with professionals, teachers & other school personnel (up to 15 minutes).
$295.00 (1-2 hours)

Behavior plan Consultation:
$295.00 (1-2 hours)

One-on-one sessions:
 $125.00 per hour

On-site school meetings/consultations:
$100.00 per hour for any preparation cost of materials
$295.00 for the first hour 
$125.00 for additional hours 

Phone/email correspondence:
(parents, teachers & therapists) 1/4 hour free per month with regular weekly meetings.
$100.00 per hr. for additional time

Learning Profiles:
Learning profiles are often a summary of prior testing and school data. It offers a list of recommended "reasonable accommodations" teaching suggestions and a summary of each student's optimal ways of learning.
$395.00 for current clients
